Our family fitness sessions take place on Saturday morning at The Grove School in Southdown, Harpenden between 9am and 10am.
These mornings are designed so that Mum and Dad can take part in a high intensity fitness session with one of our highly qualified instructors whilst at the same time the children are having a fun packed exercise hour with another instructor. This means you don’t have to worry about childcare whilst you work out as your children are exercising too!! It’s a Win! Win! situation and a great way for the whole family to stay active.
The children’s circuits are suitable for children from 3 upwards but your younger children are welcome to come along too. You will just need to be on-hand but we will encourage all to join in or have a sleep in their buggies!
