Our non residential Bootcamp is based in Harpenden in Hertfordshire. It includes 5 full days of intensive Physical Training delivered by an Ex-Military Physical Training Instructor. The days start at 0930 and finish at 1500. All meals are included in the price (Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch and Dinner) and are specifically constructed to contain the nutrition needed to fuel your body for exercise and recovery. This week is designed to vastly improve physical fitness and body composition and is suitable for all fitness levels.
We focus on setting you a measurable fitness goal and weight loss will naturally occur as a by-product of achieving this. The itinerary will be challenging and varied with an emphasis on fun as well as fitness. The day is split into a mix of high and low intensity interval sessions.
During your bootcamp, our team will also offer education on correct nutrition and a plan to follow once you finish your course. All your food is included which is delicious, healthy & nutritious and designed to enhance weight loss but giving you sustainable energy. All your meals are balanced and unprocessed, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We cater for all dietary requirements. Should you wish to continue on the food programme, you can continue to order the meals which will be delivered to your home on a twice weekly basis.

Set weeks from Monday – Friday 0930-1500. We will take short breaks during the day for snacks and lunch. These will be light but nutritionally balanced to enable you to continue to train at a high level of intensity. You will provide you with your evening meal each day which you will then eat at home.
