Our fitness days at FIT Bootcamp are designed to provide an intense day of fitness training and coaching with all aspects of both physical and nutritional subjects covered. They are perfect for the beginner and those wanting to lose weight as the exercises are professional and will offer nutrition advice and educate on longer term goals. For those that are already fit and are wanting to push their fitness further, the sessions can push the strongest to their limits.
The itinerary will be challenging and varied but with an emphasis on fun. The day is split into a mix of high intensity and low intensity interval sessions. These days are designed to give you an intense work-out, burn fat, maximise weight-loss and increase fitness levels.
If you are looking for that kick start to reinvigorate and motivate you, booking a monthly fitness day will help keep you on track and also monitor your increased fitness abilities.
Starting at 0930 and finishing at 1600. The sessions are varied throughout the day and work with all abilities. All sessions are designed to be progressional which enables you to train at your own individual level.
A nutritious lunch and snacks are included to fuel your body throughout the day.
